March was another great month for our portfolio which has increased in value by 12.31% since January 1st. Dividend stocks are back in fashion as investors switch out of the overvalued growth stocks into more defensive investments - what many call the "boring" stocks. I will never complain about my boring portfolio of dividend-paying companies that continue to give me a raise each and every quarter.
